Common questions

How do I get a membership code?

Membership codes are issued by SEAL Security to subscribers. If you don't have one, tap "Request a code" in the app or call us and we'll get you set up.

I didn't receive my verification email.

Check your spam folder first. Codes expire after a short time, so request a new one if it's been a while. If it still doesn't arrive, call us and we'll sort it out.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, tap Account in the top corner, then Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm and re-enter your password. Deletion is permanent. You can also email Info@SealSecurity.com and we'll do it for you.

What do you do with my information?

We use it to send real people to help you, and nothing else. We don't sell it. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
